PIPL believes in making the experience of owning a house very simple, all the listed properties has their own individual prospects once the client decides and finalizes properties of their interest the client pays the booking amount approx 1% of the house value thereon our executive accompanies the client to show the desired properties and help through the entire process till final procession of the property, in case the client does not like any of the seen properties and wishes for a refund of his deposit a full payment of their deposit is made by the company without any charges to the client, if the clients completes the purchasing formalities the deposit amount is added in the invoice to the builder, PIPL does not charge any commission or payment from the client.
